We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all computer systems and software used by our company. This includes diagnosing hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our computer network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to resolve hardware and software issues for employees
- Set up new computers, printers, and other equipment as needed
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connections
- Install and update software applications as needed
- Manage user accounts and permissions on company systems
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for company systems
- Train employees on basic computer skills as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or relevant education/certification in Information Technology
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection
- Knowledge of server administration (Windows Server)
- Familiarity with cloud-based services (Office 365, G Suite)

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
