Teamlead for English-speaking Team in Mauren, Philippines


We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Teamlead for our English-speaking team in Mauren, Philippines. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of English-speaking employees
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from clients or team members

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Mauren, Philippines.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Mauren or willing to relocate at their own expense.
