Job Title: Senior Level Developer


As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development team and managing the end-to-end software development process. You will work closely with project managers and clients to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. Your strong technical skills and experience in software development will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in existing codebase
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, MySQL)
- Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Location: Shan (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1500 per month
