As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat or phone to assist with any inquiries or issues
- Provide guidance and support on our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with clients
- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and company products/services to better assist clients

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or online support
- Proficient in using various online platforms and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own visa or ability to work legally in Eschen

Salary:
