Online Consultant (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Online Consultants. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through various online platforms. This is a full-time position based in Eschen, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through online chat, email, and social media platforms
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Offer product or service recommendations based on customer needs
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required

Salary:
Starting salary is 1000$ per month.
