Equipment Operator - Construction and Mining
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Eschen, handling various construction and mining projects. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to move materials, dig trenches, and level terrain. You must have prior experience in operating heavy equipment and possess strong mechanical skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator in the construction or mining industry
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Good communication skills and team player mentality

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid operator's license for specific equipment (excavator, bulldozer, etc.)
- Experience with GPS technology for precision operation of equipment
- Familiarity with basic welding techniques for minor repairs
