Our furniture company in Mauren is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for the final stage of furniture production, ensuring that the pieces are properly stained, painted, and finished to meet our high standards. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of different finishing techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and apply stains, paints, and other finishes to furniture pieces according to design specifications
- Ensure all surfaces are properly sanded, cleaned, and prepped before applying finishes
- Use proper techniques to achieve desired finish results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect finished pieces for quality control purposes
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production team

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher in the furniture industry
- Strong knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes consistently
- Basic understanding of woodworking tools and equipment
- Proficient in English (Filipino language skills preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mauren (visa sponsorship available)
