As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating concrete forms, molds, and frames according to blueprints and specifications. You will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to determine formwork requirements
- Construct formwork using various materials such as wood, steel, or aluminum
- Set up forms according to precise measurements and specifications
- Install reinforcing bars or mesh within forms
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean up worksite
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality control
- Communicate effectively with team members to keep projects on track

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building materials, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if required
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Filipino language proficiency preferred)
