A reputable architecture firm in Mauren is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic structures while also incorporating modern design elements. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, and we welcome applicants from all nationalities with proficiency in English.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess a degree in Architecture with a focus on preservation and have at least 3 years of experience in the field. You must have a strong understanding of historic building materials, construction techniques, and preservation guidelines. In addition, you should have excellent project management skills and be able to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site assessments to determine preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure proper execution of preservation projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Conduct research on historic buildings, materials, and techniques
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for preservation projects
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects
- Ensure that all work is completed within set timelines and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on preservation
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of historic building materials, construction techniques, and preservation guidelines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
