Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Mauren. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the designs meet their needs and specifications. Your role will also involve conducting site visits, producing detailed drawings and plans, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop creative design concepts for construction projects
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project feasibility
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure they adhere to the design plans
and specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
