Commercial Architect - Mauren, Egypt


We are in search of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Mauren, Egypt. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial building projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients and construction teams to ensure that the project meets their requirements and is completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Work with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that the project is feasible and meets all necessary regulations.
- Monitor the progress of construction to ensure that it aligns with the design plans.
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to the design as needed.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on the project's progress.
- Conduct site visits to inspect the quality of construction work.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Commercial Architect in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong project management skills.
