Commercial Architect


We are hiring a talented and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget for commercial projects
- Create detailed design plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety and building codes
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and professionals from different backgrounds
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Mauren

Preference for Indian candidates. This is a full-time position that offers accommodation, free visa, and ticket. English language skills are not required for this job.
