Industrial Architect

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and safe spaces that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, requirements, and specifications
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
