Architecture Manager for International Architecture Firm in Mauren, Nepal


We are a leading international architecture firm seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Mauren, Nepal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects in the city. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee all phases of project design and construction, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Fluent in Nepali (English is not required for this position)
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided (local candidates preferred)
