Executive Chef - Fine Dining (Mauren, Liechtenstein)

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team in creating exceptional fine dining experiences in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation to food preparation and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and budget control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that incorporate local ingredients and cater to various dietary restrictions
- Ensure quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory and budget to optimize cost efficiency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to menu or service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and latest food trends
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as German or French is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Liechtenstein (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
