As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and service, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff
- Create and maintain budgets and financial reports
- Ensure high quality standards are met for food, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively
- Implement and maintain policies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets while maintaining costs
- Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
