Construction Manager for Mauren, Pakistan



As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects in Mauren, Pakistan. Your main responsibility will be to plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and oversee the execution of tasks
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timeline
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or delays
- Review construction plans and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with building codes
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor and equipment needed for each project
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu or Hindi (English proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proven track record of successful project management within budget constraints
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
