Construction Manager - Mauren, India


A leading construction company in Mauren is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Manage project resources and ensure efficient utilization of materials and equipment
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors on site
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels
of the project
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1100$ per month (based on experience), as well as benefits such as accommodation. This is a full-time position but we are open to part-time arrangements for qualified candidates. Indian nationals are preferred but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
