As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Mauren, Liechtenstein. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative and clerical support to the office staff and management team. You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing office correspondence, and organizing meetings and appointments. Your attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a positive and professional image of the company
- Managing office correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and email
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the office staff
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files for the office
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary:
We offer a salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm).
Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Mauren or be willing to relocate.
