As a Pastry Chef in our upscale restaurant in Mauren, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for creating delectable desserts and pastries that will delight our guests. We are seeking a skilled and creative professional who has a passion for baking and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and execute high-quality desserts and pastries according to our menu standards
- Develop new recipes and techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency in quality of products
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decorations
- Passion for creating unique, visually appealing desserts using high-quality ingredients
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff
