Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Mauren. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the timely and successful completion of various construction projects. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new masons, as well as ensuring that all safety protocols and standards are met on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure the timely completion of construction projects.
- Train and mentor new masons, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols and standards are being followed on-site.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed to maintain project timelines.
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, including labor costs, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid work visa for Mauren (or ability to obtain one).
- Fluency in English (additional language skills preferred).

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Mauren, making it an ideal fit for someone already located in the area. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have their own valid work visa for Mauren.
