Hotel Sales Manager


Our hotel in Mauren is seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new guests and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Identify potential business opportunities and target markets to increase hotel revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the hotel's offerings
- Attend networking events, conferences, trade shows, and other industry events

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related role
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience Level:
This position does not require prior experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Location:
This job is located in Mauren but is open to applicants from all nationalities who have a valid work permit for Mauren.
