Concierge in Mauren, Egypt


We are hiring a Concierge to join our team in Mauren, Egypt. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage and other guest requests
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Mauren, Egypt.
