We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations of our company, ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in alignment with company goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor network security and implement measures to protect against cyber threats
- Identify areas for improvement in IT infrastructure and lead initiatives to address them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of technology solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision-making
- Manage budgets for IT projects and ensure cost-effective use of resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and teams
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud computing technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Experience working in the African or Malayalee market
- Experience managing remote teams
- Knowledge of data analysis tools

Salary: 1500$ per month
