Architectural Technologist - Triesen, Liechtenstein

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design and construction of new buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent technical skills and a passion for innovative design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans for new projects
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and gather relevant information for project development
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes, regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local laws
- Review construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes and equipment for construction projects
- Communicate with contractors, clients and other professionals involved in the project to ensure successful completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and standards
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is not provided, so candidates must have their own valid work visa for Liechtenstein.
