Commercial Architect

We are hiring a Commercial Architect to join our team in Triesen! As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings and spaces
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop plans that meet client requirements while staying within budget
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise
- Make necessary adjustments or revisions to designs as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Strong design skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position. This role is open to all nationalities but Malayalee candidates are preferred. English proficiency is not required for this job. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
