Junior Commercial Architect

We are hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Triesen. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, shopping centers, and hotels. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet safety and building regulations. This is a full-time position suitable for English-speaking candidates from Pakistan who are looking to start their career in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- No prior experience required but internships or relevant coursework is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans and drawings for commercial building projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that construction meets design plans and specifications
- Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Salary: $1000 per month
