Industrial Architect


We are in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Triesen. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and efficient designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and production facilities
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and site supervision
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial construction
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position. This job is suitable for both men and women who have a passion for industrial design. While preference will be given to Malayalee or Filipino candidates due to language proficiency, all English-speaking applicants are welcome to apply.
