Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring for an experienced and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Oversee all stages of architectural design projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy, adherence to building codes, and feasibility
- Provide guidance on technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Ability to travel for site visits as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Triesen. Relocation assistance can be provided for candidates outside of Liechtenstein.
