Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will lead a team of architects in the design and development of various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the creation of innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. You will also be responsible for managing the team's workload and ensuring that all projects are completed to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects in the design and development of projects
- Ensure that all designs meet client requirements, budget, and timeline constraints
- Oversee the creation of innovative and functional designs
- Manage the team's workload, delegating tasks appropriately
- Review and provide feedback on project designs
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong design skills with a proven track record of successful project completion
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and mentorship

Location: Triesen (accommodation provided if necessary)
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
