Personal Trainer in Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, fitness level, and any health concerns or injuries
- Develop customized training programs that align with clients' goals and abilities, incorporating a variety of exercises such as strength training, cardio, and flexibility work
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients in the gym or outdoors, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment by regularly sanitizing equipment and enforcing safety protocols
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge of exercise science and nutrition to provide the best service to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Nationally recognized certification in personal training (e.g. NASM, ACSM, ACE)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Valid work permit or visa for working in Liechtenstein (for non-EU citizens)
