Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Triesen. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes and dietary restrictions
- Oversee all food preparation processes to ensure high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Proficient in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein (open to candidates of any nationality)
Accommodation: Not provided. Must be able to arrange own housing.
Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Chef is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
