Restaurant Manager (Filipino)
A well-established restaurant in Triesen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the highest standards of quality are maintained.
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budget control
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high levels of productivity and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with local health regulations
- Develop strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, policies, and procedures
