Office Assistant (Kenyans Only)
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Triesen. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a great opportunity for a Kenyan national looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Must have a valid work visa or be able to obtain one on your own
- Must be willing to relocate to Triesen
Salary: $1000 per month
