IT Manager


The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the information technology department of our company, located in Balzers. This role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technological needs
- Budget management for IT resources and projects
- Train staff on new systems or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a management position
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and security protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a clear manner
