Painter
A reputable construction company in Balzers is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and finishing various surfaces, such as walls, ceilings, and furniture. They must possess a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix paints according to color specifications
- Apply paint, stain or varnish using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Ensure smooth and even coverage of paint
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures
- Communicate with project managers regarding progress and any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in the construction industry
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to use various tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and climbing ladders for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in Nepali (English proficiency is not required)
- Ability to work full-time with own visa (sponsorship not provided)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Balzers, Liechtenstein. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Balzers or nearby areas. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of nationality or location.
