Plasterboard Worker

We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Balzers. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls, ceilings, and partitions in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be required to accurately measure and cut plasterboard sheets, apply joint compounds and tape, and sand surfaces to create a smooth finish.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience as a Plasterboard Worker and possess strong knowledge of different types of plasterboard, tools, and techniques. You should also have excellent attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard sheets according to specifications
- Install plasterboards on walls, ceilings, and partitions using appropriate tools
- Apply joint compounds using trowels or automatic tools
- Tape joints between plasterboards to create seamless finish
- Sand surfaces smooth using sanding machines or hand tools
- Repair damaged plasterboards by cutting out damaged area and replacing with new piece
- Inspect completed work for quality control purposes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasterboards, tools, and techniques
- Ability to accurately measure and cut plasterboard sheets according to specifications
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to create seamless finishes
- Physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Good time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
