A renowned architecture firm in Balzers is seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while adhering to strict architectural standards. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, creating preservation plans, and overseeing construction projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation techniques and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the condition of historical buildings
- Develop comprehensive preservation plans that meet architectural standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to preservation guidelines
- Prepare reports and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in preservation techniques
