Commercial Architect

As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your duties will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating detailed plans and drawings, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that projects meet building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts. Excellent communication skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members. In addition, you must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently
