Commercial Architect

We are a reputable architecture firm based in Balzers, seeking a highly skilled commercial architect to join our team. As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, collaborating with clients and other professionals, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in architectural design and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software is also required. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential for this position.

As this role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers from diverse backgrounds, fluency in English is preferred. However, candidates from other nationalities with strong architectural skills are also encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. This role does not require any previous experience living or working in Balzers but does require candidates to have valid work permits or be eligible for one upon hiring.
