Industrial Architect



We are seeking a talented and motivated Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main objective will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for industrial buildings and facilities
- Develop design concepts and plans, including layout, materials, and construction methods
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and high-quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor budget and timelines to ensure projects are completed within constraints
- Conduct site visits for inspections during the construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month. We welcome Indians who are fluent in English to apply.
