Architectural Manager
Our architecture firm in Balzers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Manager to lead our team of talented architects. As the Architectural Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their vision is brought to life while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all plans meet client requirements and comply with building codes
- Review project progress and provide guidance and support to resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in requirements
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
