Executive Chef for Seasonal Position in Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Balzers, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef and be able to create innovative and high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Maintain kitchen sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Eligible to work in Liechtenstein (accommodation can be provided if needed)
As our Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and culinary skills while living in the picturesque town of Balzers. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodation options for our foreign employees. This is a seasonal position from May to October with the possibility of extension.
