Barista (English-Speaking) - Temporary with Accommodation in Balzers, Liechtenstein

We are in need of an experienced and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee drinks, teas, and smoothies. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

This is a temporary position with accommodation provided for the duration of the contract. We are looking for someone who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working as a barista in a similar setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Take orders from customers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and measuring ingredients accurately
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with basic knowledge of German (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation during the contract period. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
