Office Assistant in Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files and records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other software
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Make travel arrangements for company executives as needed
- Order office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Help with data entry and other clerical duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
