We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the display and promotion of products in retail stores. This includes setting up displays, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make strategic merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with store managers to implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Train store employees on product features and benefits to increase sales
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Prior experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of inventory management software
