Indian Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Balzers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing business relationships with clients in India. You will be expected to use your strong communication and negotiation skills to promote our products and services, identify new sales opportunities, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the Indian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
- Make sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Strong understanding of Indian business culture, market trends, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to travel frequently to India for client meetings and business development activities
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Candidates must hold their own visa for working in Balzers.
