Senior Land Surveyor - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Land Surveyor to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of land surveying projects, ensuring the accuracy and precision of all survey data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports and maps for clients
- Manage and supervise a team of surveyors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey information for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards in all survey activities
- Train and mentor junior surveyors to develop their skills and knowledge in land surveying techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and Trimble Business Center
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Valid work visa for Liechtenstein
