Administrative Assistant - Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, emails, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German or any other language is a plus)
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type:
Full-time contract (40 hours per week)
Location:
Balzers, Liechtenstein (no relocation assistance provided)
Visa Sponsorship:
This position does not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must have their own valid work visa for Liechtenstein.
