We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. This is a contract position that offers flexible hours and is suitable for Indian nationals or English-speaking individuals looking for a part-time job. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Providing general support to visitors and clients
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in office administration or related field is preferred but not required
- Must have own visa or work permit for Liechtenstein
